    Day 6 & 7... So I didn't make the goal :( I was off by a lot but I still burned more than I had been. I will definately start a new week and start day one with a good solid plan! I'm going to give it a good try, this is great motivation for me Thank you for starting this!

    Weekly Goal: 10000 calories

    Wed: 300 calories burned ( 25 minutes elliptical trainer)
    Thur: 615 calories burned (50 minutes elliptical trainer)
    Fri: 450 calories burned (36 minutes elliptical trainer)
    Sat: 157 calories burned (I only cleaned house this day :( )
    Sun: 520 calories burned (60 minutes of shoveling snow, I actually did this for several hours but I only counted one hr)
    Mon: 415 calories burned(35 minutes elliptical trainer)
    Tues: 0 calories burned(got off work really late couldn't make to the gym :( )


    Total: 2457

    Left to Goal: 7543

    New week tomorrow....I will give it my all to reach the goal!!!
