    1. Chips-anything except tortilla chips. They do nothing for me.
    2. Little Debbies--anything except Cosmic Brownies. I can't stand them. That's the only "safe" one I can buy for the kids:)
    3. Reese's, holiday themed (there's something about the soft sides as opposed to the traditional Reese's cups).
    4. Lamar's Donuts

I cannot eat any of these things in moderation. Eating one serving ALWAYS turns into a binge. So at this point in my journey, I just don't eat them at all. Maybe someday...

Potato chips. Particularly sour cream & cheddar.
Nutella. I could eat the entire container with a spoon. In an hour.
Ice cream. A half cup? No no no - more like a half CONTAINER.
WINE. I live alone. If I don't drink the whole bottle it goes bad!
French fries. Why would I get a salad when there are french fries?!

After reading these, I must add fresh baked (still warm) bread with real butter. It's a good thing that I am not a good bread baker.

    In no particular order:

    Ice cream
    Chocolate
Slushes/Slurpees (even BETTER with soft serve ice cream mixed in!)
Bread (dinner rolls, French bread, cinnamon buns, croissants, any soft breads really)
Spiced meats (pepperoni, salami, donair/gyro, etc)

AHA - my trigger foods written down - this is why I am not keeping them in my house anymore but they can be the occasional treat when I am out :)

For some reason, even though it's not a favorite, trail mix. It's ridiculously easy to overeat it. And macadamia nuts. I almost never eat them because I just don't stop until it's all gone.

There's other stuff that I'd really, really like to eat and eat until I explode (like ice cream and chocolate chip cookies, mostly), but I *can* seem to limit my portions if I want to.

    1 Cheese based anything
    2 Mountain Dew

I have some others that vary. I've gone thru Butterfinger and Reese Peanut Butter cup phases, and mashed potatoe phases, but those two are constant. I crave them regardless of whether it's been 10 mins or 10 weeks.

I'm.... er, mostly well behaved now.... mostly.... until these foods come into my orbit:

    1. BBQ chips. Not the Old Dutch skinny ones, no, the Gourmet Dutch, super thick, very ridged, fully of salty goodness Slow Roasted Rib ones. If I get a craving for those... well, it gets ugly 'round here!

    2. Popcorn. I don't know what it is, but I've managed to sort of contain it by having smaller bags. Despite myself.

    3. Fresh baked anything. And I bake. Weekly. ^^'. Fortunately I have a family and neighbors who happily rescue me from myself.

    4. Chinese take out. Especially sweet and sour pork and chow mein. I don't get it, but when I crave it, I crave it HARD and I always overdo it.

    5. Pepsi or Coke. Again, it's a craving thing.

Fortunately, I've corralled most of these foods into the 'occasional' pasture, but still... when I have access.... well, I don't bother weighing myself for a few days until all the sodium and sugar is flushed out, ha ha
