Eating back excersise calories

Yeah, I ate some back and still have green. I am OCD though. I like a BIG green number. Over 200 is good for me. The 124 I have today seems too low, like I will gain weight, but I KNOW that is false thinking.0

I love my exercise calories, can eat pretty much what I am in the mood for. I exercised a lot yesterday, earned 1700 calories and had a great lunch at Moe's. And honestly if I try not to eat them, in a few days I end up binging like crazy. Its like my body is telling me it wants more and if I don't eat enough its going to get those calories NOW, and I have no choice of the kind of calories.0

I never eat back my exercise calories and I rarely eat all of my plan calories. (And then the fight started...LoL )0
