Headache after working out

Hi All,
This is my first post here and although I have seen others posting similar questions my problem seems more unique.
I am naturally a morning person usually up at 6.00 am. I would love to go to the Gym in the morning but the problem is I get a bad headache around afternoon on the days I work out. I have tried post workout meals, good hydration etc but nothing helps. The headache is usually after lunch and requires a nurofen or similar for it to go away.
However if I work out in the evenings around 7.00 p.m then I don't experience any problems and I am fine until 11.00 p.m. How can I go back to working out in the mornings ? Thank you for any thoughts you may have.

As I lately I have been experiencing problems about an hour or two after working out too, but mine is related to nausea and slight shortness of breath. I recently discovered my blood pressure is borderline high. Just on the safe side you might want to consider ruling out blood pressure issues, because that could possibly cause headaches too. Have you had headaches in the past or is this a new issue?0

My blood pressure was borderline high when I started to workout but to date I have lost 9 Kg and my blood pressure has come down. However I get my headaches even if I take my blood pressure medication before working out. It doesn't make any difference.
My headaches have always been there post morning workout. I am posting here as a last ditch attempt to see if someone else experience the same issues.0
