Hey guys!!
I'm going to Malia on the 1st July and need to find a really good body fat and muscle gaining exercise routine that burns fat fast mostly! I have fount stuff like T25 yet that requires me to do it daily and soon forget about doing it because of my busy lifestyle! If anybody could recommend a perfect routine for me that'd be great! I'm about 5'11" and about 12 stone (if the weighing scales are correct!) I really want to burn the pesky love handles fast and work on getting a 6 pack and strong abs!

Many thanks!

Muscles don't just get defined over night.

You should start weight lifting now and hope you look good on July 1st.

What would be the best to lose fat though? Running/jogging every day?

eating a bit less. set MFP to lose 1 Lb per week and net to your calorie goal...that's kinda the whole point of this whole MFP thing.

your weight loss/fat loss is largely controlled by diet...or I should say, more efficiently controlled by diet. it is incredibly inefficient to try to create a calorie deficit for weight loss with exercise. use your diet for weight control and exercise for fitness.

I would recommend a heavy lifting routine 3x weekly full body...something like starting strength or strong lifts 5x5. that said, you don't get a fitness body and six pack abs and the like in a mere three months time. you can see improvements in body composition, but people who look like they've been working out for decades have in fact been working out for decades.

So you want a six pack by July 1st, but you don't want to work at it because you're too busy. Correct?

check out team beach body's tony's 10 minute workout. this might help you get something done if you have 10 minutes to spare. if you have more time then you can follow the 20 or 30 minute schedule.
