anyone have a meal menu they could share?

Looking for a basic meal plan to follow. Doing Jillian Michaels videos but I dont find her meal plan isn't basic. Thanks

    ummm I dont have like a daily menu like what the instructors give but I have a plan that helps me stay within my daily goals.

    Every weekend (sunday cause thats my day off, but whatever day works best for you) I set aside a few hours and I make breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the entire week.
    For breakfast I make personal quiches (in a muffin tin) and that makes 6 servings (2 quiches per serving is about 274 calories)
    For lunches I pick a croc pot recipe that produces 5-6 servings and then I just portion it into tupperwear for the week
    And for my snacks I usually take mini snack baggies and portion ot things like trail mix, grapes, raw veggies with a balsalmic dressing, celery with almond butter, cheese cubes, apple slices, ect ect.

    every day I nuke 2 quices for 30 sec and BAM breakfast. Then I pack my pre portioned lunch, and maybe 3 snack baggies, and I'm happliy fed all day.
    All it took was 3 hours of my weekend to make healthy meals for the entire week.

    I don't have a meal menu but you can look at my diary. I eat 2500 calories a day, macros around 40% carbs, 30% protein and fats.
