    I am so glad I am not the only one!! My left foot goes numb every time - usually around 20 minutes in - and it drives me insane!

    I am so glad I read this! I was getting scared! Tried the shoe laces and it didn't work, so now I will switch weight to heels! Thank you so!

    Same thing here! These are all great ideas, but I've also found that if you bend your knees a bit the tingling goes away. I did 24 years in the military and whenever we stood in formation for long periods of time, someone inevitably passed out because they locked their knees. I noticed that I was locking my knees on the down stroke of the elliptical and figured I was not giving the blood time to circulate to my feet. Hope this helps!
