List some of your favorite low calorie drinks (20ish or less)!
I've always found it easier to stay within my goal with drinks.
Home made iced tea with sweet n low, diet doda (oddly, I only enjoy Diet Rite when trying to lose weight, and it's the only time I can handle the taste lol), powdered juice mixes (Crystal Light)...tell me yours!

water with lemon-- 0 calories
water with lime --0 calories
crystal light teas --5 calories
green tea (sometimes with a splash of honey) --30 calories or so
hot tea in general (sometimes wiht honey, sometimes with milk, sometimes with a bit of sugar, sometimes with agave nectar) --30 calories or so
coffee (with two sugars and a splash of 2% milk, sometimes with a splash of flavored creamer) --typically runs me 35 calories or so
I have basically stopped diet soda, since I saw what it did to my weight. I gained and held onto that five to ten pounds for months until I stopped the soda kick I was on. Now I have one when I'm desparate and there just isn't anything else.
ETA: These are slightly over the 20 calorie mark, but it's what I do. You could lower the calorie counts a bit by using skim milk or look for the no/low sugar/fat versions of the creamers. I don't since I realized years ago that I actually eat less by using the "real" deal.0 -
I drink loads of green tea during the day, like 1,5-2 litres. Green Arrow is my favourite ATM.0

I make up a few litres of fruit herbal tea, let it get cold, and then drink it as a replacement for juice. When I was little mum always made our juice really watered down so it's not too different from what I was used to. And I usually throw in an extra teabag or three so it's stronger than normal. Delicious and refreshing!0
