I was goofing around in the kitchen and created this. It's quite good! Not as sweet as a traditional cobbler, but it's really good and not a lot of fat or sugar!
1 can del monte peaches in water, undrained
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2C quick oats
1C Pomegran cherry granola
1/2 t cinnamon
3 t brown sugar
1t vanilla
Mix the protein powder with the peaches until it thickens and blends. Combine remaining ingredients and bake at 420 for 20 minutes. Serves 6. 157cals 20g carbs 3g fat 10g. protein 9g sugar

Great Odin's Raven! That's a delicious idea!
I'm going to make it with homemade low carb granola and have it for breakfast on cardio days.
Thanks so much for the idea!0 -
