Exercise Routine Help?

Hello everyone!

So here I am again, trying to do this again.

I'm wanting to build a workout routine for a week that I can repeat every week.

So far, due to my work schedule, I can only workout at night and during the day on weekends. I've allowed myself one or two free days, though I'm not sure if two is okay. Some advice there would be awesome.

Would anyone recommend a workout routine? I'm not really sure where to start.

Any help would be great. :)

    I do not know if this will help. I am not an expert or all that knowledgeable, but I do cardio 3x week for 20 min, strength 3x week for 20 min, core 6x week for 20 min and stretching 7x week for 10 min. The 7th day is my rest day so I just do a bit of stretching. My rest day is weigh in day (as I am also with weigh watchers) and I find that I am a bit busier on that day.

    Please take in the opinions of members who have more knowledge than I do. I could be going at this totally wrong.
