Hi,
Does anyone know if you could record the amount time doing strength training. I only see a place to put time in for Cardio?

Nope I don't think you can add time because it wouldn't be able to calculate exactly how many calories you burnt without knowing how many reps and the amount of weight you used for the strength training.
Thanx for posting this. I haven't done strength training yet and I would have assumed time aswell.
Welcome to the forums, you can add me if you like.0 -
There are weight and circuit training entries under cardio you can use to enter time and calculate the calories based on the time.0
