Long Bar 20KG , What muscles does it work apart from biceps?

I might not of looked that hard , but im curious to know what other muscle it works. Been using the same weight mixed between 30kg and 20kg for around 17 days with a 1 break a week so repair.

Curious to know what other muscle it works , as ive not been able to find anything on google. :S

  • Can you err.. be a bit more specific, do you mean an Olympic bar bell? What are you doing with it just curling it?

    would depend on the workout you incorporating it in. Which could then include your quads, gluts as well as the biceps and upper back muscles. you need to explain what kind of workout you are doing with the bar bell.

    I just curl with it yeah. and it is Olympic bar bell.

    It always depends on what you do with that bar. Indeed, bicep curls work on biceps.

    There are ways of working chest, back, shoulders, triceps, legs...

  • If you are definitely working biceps you'd also be working your back. But like the other guy said, what exercise are you doing...? Perhaps you are squatting with it and then, it wouldn't really be working your biceps much as your legs!
