Chia Seeds

What do you guys do with them? I need some new ideas... So far, I've only put them in my shakes in the morning. But i'd like to switch it up and do more. Also, about how much are you supposed to ingest in a day? I'm only doing a tablespoon and I think that's probably enough, but really have no clue.

They're great in oatmeal (you'll have to use a little more liquid than usual).
I've put them on pancakes (the raw side before flipping)
Yogurt...not my favorite vehicle for chia seeds but doable

    Sweet, thanks.

I've heard about the yogurt ...was going to try that, but i'm liking your idea of the oatmeal and definitely the pancakes. Awesome!

Personally, they keep me full, help with digestion.

However, they are a great source of Omega-3 fats (plant based), protein and fiber. I'm kinda new to the "Chia" thing, but so far, so good.

I'm new to them to! so far I've put them in smoothies and today I put them in my yogurt. I soaked them in water and let them gel up first and didn't even notice they were there. I keep them already soaked/gelled in the refrigerator. a tip I learned from another MFP user.
