I love making smoothies and overnight oats with my PB2.

    Chocolate PB2 Smoothie:
    2 bananas
    2 tbsp PB2
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup almond milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
    10 ice cubes

    PB2 Overnight oats:
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tbsp PB2
    1 tbsp chocolate chips
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Just combine and leave in the fridge overnight. :)

I use Protein Plus peanut flour, and I eat it almost everyday. I mix it with water and eat it on a banana or apple, I use it in peanut sauce on stir fried veggies, or just straight with water and salt. Great source of protein for vegetarians!

I mix in into plain Greek yogurt and add some stevia or make chia pudding with soymilk, pb2 and chocolate protein powder.

I used some in skinnytaste banana peanut butter muffins.

    http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/07/low-fat-peanut-butter-banana-muffins.html

I just used 1/2 cup of powder and added 1/4 cup of water with the mix. They turned out 120 calories each. So good.

Otherwise I mix it in oatmeal and Greek yogurt.

Where do you all buy your PB2? I'd never heard of it before, and when I looked on their website, there aren't any locations very close to me. Do most people order it online?

I bought PB2 at Target. Right with the regular PB. I put it in smoothies, with skim milk and vanilla protein powder.

the local nutrition store sells it here...so does Publix...I hear some walmarts so as well. You can also but it for less at Netrition...Amazon is pretty pricy.

Pb2 is def. my latest food obsession. I make flourless peanut butter cookies with egg yolks, sugar and enough pb2 (already mixed with water) to hold the dough together. I also make mock padthai using pb2 + lime juice + sugar + soy sauce. Yum :)
Also, my local gnc carries pb2 for $6 a jar so I didn't have to order it online.

I found a jar yesterday at Big Lots for $4.00 but I know GNC sells it as well.

that mock pad thai idea is great! do you mix the pb2 with water first or just mix the powder and soy sauce into your noodles?
