What's Toothpaste?0

AsI have become more concious, Toothpaste and Mouthwash with floride just doesn't feel right. I have been on the hunt a natural toothpaste without flouride. I've come across a few that I have acually enjoyed. I'm still searching for one in my budger and with healing ingredients.0

No offense, but being against fluoride IN ANY FORM is ridiculous.0

Depends on the calories0

56 years old. Fluoride in my toothpaste and water my whole life. No cavities yet.0

Do the calories count if you spit it out?0

Toothpaste...I tried the non-fluoride ones, got the job done, but I do prefer the fluoride based ones, mainly cause I tend to drink coffee. I do not drink fluoride water though.0

Do you think you have to account for the calories if you swallow?0 -
Rats!!!! I've been thinking of a subject for days now to post. I should have thought of that!!! :grumble:
anywho...I'm cool with it in my toothpaste. I don't drink enough municipal type water to effect me and it's still debatable that it's that much of a danger or the con outweighs the pro.0 -
IN! for swallowing!0

if it has protein in it good to go0

I'm for it. I don't drink tap water at home because ours smells like chlorine, but I drink it at work.0

I'm not anti-fluoride but I don't like some of the other ingredients in most commercial toothpaste (I really dislike the foamy feeling) so I make my own tooth powder. It's just baking soda, xylitol (the same sweetener in most sugar-free gum,) and a little peppermint oil. I use plain hydrogen peroxide as a mouth rinse. It's all really cheap, doesn't have the foamy effect of Crest or Colgate (which I guess some people must like,) and works just as well as any toothpaste out there.0 -
I just use a twig I found on the forest floor.0

I'm fully vaccinated and I enjoy chem trails so I think fluoride is good. But I would.0

A fluoride toothpaste is a must!
Its only children that should use a non-fluoride one because as it can cause white spots on their teeth.
Don't get why so many people are against it, you need to eat a whole tube of toothpaste to get poisoned by it0
