How long have you been logging/tracking your food?
Did you start a new exercise routine?0 -
It has been 4-5 days since I started. I did start working out more as well. Could that be it?0

Yep. Be patient, give it time.
If you just started exercising, you're probably retaining fluid in your muscles. Drink lots of water and be sure to take a rest day or two every week.
Also, your sodium is on the high side. Cut down on that and you'll retain less fluid.
How much have you gained?0 -
It's normal. 4-5 days is not a long enough time to judge your progress. Here is a good article about gaining weight when you start working out: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/595473-why-the-scale-goes-up-with-a-new-workout-program-must-read0

Because it's only been 4-5 days.
Relax, slow down. Weigh/measure all your food then log it. Track your exercise and log it. Maintain a calorie deficit and you WILL lose weight.
This isn't a sprint - it's for life. Weigh comes off slowly wherever it wants to. You have be patient and dedicated. You will lose weight, you will gain weight, but it will go away.
Be patient and stick with it.0 -
What everyone else said.
And if in a couple weeks, you're still gaining, it's because you're eating too much.0 -
