So redic, I know...

I chew [way more] "sugar free" gum than I probably should. I typically chew Orbitz or Trident, both of which list less than 5 calories. Do you guys log your gum calories?

    Depends on how much you chew, it can't hurt to log the calories just to be as accurate as possible.

    ok super helpful, thanks guys! I would say I usually chew about 4-5 pieces a day. Sometimes I log, sometimes I don't. That the one thing that I always go back and forth on if I should log. Thanks for your feedback!

    I don't, but I should start. I can go through 3-4 pieces in a work shift - I work in a medically dirty environment, which means no drinks or snacks or consumeables of any kind, so sometimes it helps to have something in my jaw. 20 calories is nothing and I probably work it off just running up and down the stairs between lab locations, but still! We're in the same boat :]
