Diet: Budget is tight and I cant afford it. Dollar burgers are cheaper.
Exercise: So tired....0 -
don't really have any...nutrition is awesome and doesn't have to be boring, bland, and consist only of celery sticks and ice burg lettuce. I'm a total foodie as well as a nutrition buff...I believe in food as medicine, fuel, and I believe it is something to be enjoyed.
Likewise i love lifting weights and riding my bike. I have my days here an there where I just don't feel like it, but those days are largely irrelevant to the other 99.9% of the times that I just kick *kitten*.0 -
diet - not on one
exercise - injured.0 -
Food excuses: I live in the dorms and I don't want to use the kitchen downstairs.

Food excuse: It's so much easier to just grab the junk that I have in my house instead of taking the time to fix something healthy.
Exercise excuse: Need extra time with my kid, too tired, friends can't meet me there, etc. I have a TON of exercise excuses which is why I'm in the boat I'm in,0 -
Food excuse: I'll burn the calories while making it in the kitchen. (yeah right. o[-_-]o)
Exercise excuse: It'll be okay as long as I stay under the calorie limit.0 -
