New to my fitness pal but not new to a change in lifestyle!
I've lost over 25 pounds, but I seem to be constantly feeling like I can do more to lose more weight!
I would love to have new friends to help understand and motivate each other!
Any snack suggestions? Detox suggestions?

Hummus has become a favorite, but I have discovered teas. I realized has long as it was warm, it made my tummy feel good. Plus, it is 0 calories. Not to mention the health benefits. I tend to stick with green and white teas.0

Hello! I am new to mfp as well! Feel free to add me, we can support each other! :} I usually just snack on wheat thins or brocolli with a teeny bit of ranch. I also try to drink about 2 L of water a day, so that keeps my belly full too.0

Snack suggestions - always look for things that have protein and/or fiber. it will leave you fuller longer.
Also... Don't be afraid to indulge occasionally. Everyone does... Even that permanently skinny person we all have envied at some point.
