Diet: It was right in front of me.
Exercise: I'm too tired after working all day (or I'm too tired from the day before to get up and workout before work)0 -
Diet: If I just satisfy the craving it will go away and I won't have to worry about it

Diet: I'v had a stressful day and NEED a glass (bottle) of wine to relax (obviously add crisps/nuts in as well)
Exercise: It's too cold - i tend to exercise 6 months of the year and live in "fat pants" the other 6
