    Dollar amount changes based on the size of the bill and the general mood of the staff.

    It is commonly known as a tip bell. You ring it when you get a good tip or anything else "exciting" happens around the bar. Sometimes you use them to tell the start/end of happy hour.

    I suspect, however, that there are probably a couple Woodys at any given moment.
