Looking for Support

Hi Everyone !

My name is Ashton. I'm female, 19, almost 20 year old. I currently weigh around 175. I'm here on MFP now for tracking my food of course and for the community here. Its nice that I can see that other people are trying to get fit as well so I feel supported.

I was always chubby in childhood and it got worse until about 15, when I thinned from 160 down to 130 with the help of a good friend and a lot of healthy choices and exercise. I never had a specific program, I just worked hard and made good decisions. Then at 17, I met my current boyfriend of two years and I put on weight from our eating out often, getting into a lazy habit together, and me getting comfortable enough to let myself go health-wise, I guess. But now that I'm in Bosnia for 5 months (about 3 left) and have a lot of free time to focus on myself, I'd like to get moving again to feel better and surprise him when I see him again by being a little bit smaller. I'm 5'4'' and want to get down 135-140.

    Hey Ashton.... its good to meet you.. Im Joetta from NC... ive been on MFP on and off for bout a yr.. im trying to stay focused and become healthier... I exercise couple times a week and try to eat healthier..     Hi there

    I was 174lbs in jan and just joined not so long ago as this is a good way of tracking your food intake. I am now 158 with abit more to lose. Add me & we can motivate & encourage one another! Good luck on your journey to fitness ????????
