Do you know what this tofu is?!

Hi guys! So I got a few bags of weird tofu from a food bank, and I have NO idea where it's made or the nutritional value. Does anybody recognize it?

    Haha it does look gross, it's frozen and has freezer burn or whatever right now. It takes so good! I am just paranoid about eating it - I never considered it might be tempeh!

    IF you know it is tofu, I would log it as a generic tofu - you wont be far out.

    More importantly, why are you 'paranoid about eating it'???

    It's either tempeh or seitan I think.

    Skrib: Oh I usually eat two of them (COS I AM FATTY) and since I don't know the calories, I am worried it'll be over - but either way, tofu, tempeh or seitan, it's not going to be too high in calories.

    It is shaped like "riblets" (aka veggie ribs)
