Ham Sandwich Meat

I need something creative to do with sandwich meat because my local grocer has Cooked Ham 16oz sliced (basically sandwich meat) on sale for $0.99/lb.

Isn't there something German with Hollindaise / Bearnaise?

:drinker:

I slice up ham and/ or turkey and add it to salads (along with carrots, boiled egg whites, little bit of cheddar cheese, and some bacon bits with ranch dressing) or add it to omelettes or baked egg muffins. Grilled ham and cheese would be really good too.

I tend to cut it up and freeze it in portions that I then use for pizza or omelettes

I had grilled ham & cheese for lunch today. Delicious.

Ham & eggs. Quiche. Eggs Benedict. Dice it up for pizza toppings. And a good ol' ham sandwich with mustard & cheese, lettuce & tomato on sourdough or rye.
