I do not have access to a food scale, hence why I'm posting here.
The food I am talking about is Oscar Mayer Delifresh honey ham.
A serving size is 3 oz.
Does anyone have an idea on about how many slices that is?
Just an estimation would work.
I know someone is going to immediately reply "go get a food scale", when I can I will.
For the time being though, and estimation on that meat would be great.

I eat those too. Usually around 5 slices I think. And I'm pretty sure the serving is 56 grams?0

Oh, well good, I wasn't too far off.
I was doing 6 - 7 slices.
Thank you.0 -
I googled it. On the nutrition site for Oscar Mayer it said 1 serving is 6 slices. So you both were right on.0

I'd say 6 slices is accurate, since I always eat 4 slices for a 2 oz portion & I have measured it on a food scale before.0
