I was just wondering what vitamins and other supplements you are using to aid in your weight loss / healthier lifestyle. I don't mean diet aids or that type of thing. I have heard of people using Cinnamon, Chromium Picolinate, CoEnzyme Q10, B supplements, etc. The list goes on and on. Also how much do you take per day?

I take a multivitamin (to reach my vitamin intake) and magnesium tablets (for migraines). That's about it. I know of some other people who take quite a few to get a lot of the good stuff that you just don't get everyday through eating. Fish oil is another one that I've seen a lot take.

I take a mutlivitamin, nightly, and a calcuim + vitamin D tablet, usually only nightly but I probably should be taking one in the morning in addition to the one I'm taking at night but I'm just horrible at remembering. I only take the calcium + D because I don't drink the milk and/or eat the calcuim in my foods like i should.

    Fish oil tablet
Chewable multi-vitamin (if you're going to eat multi-vitamins, why not get the chewable kid's version?)
Chewable fiber cubes (they're basically gummy worms that are full of fiber)
Clif bar for breakfast (it's not technically a vitamin, but half the reason I eat it is for the vitamins and fiber packed into it)

I take one multi-vitamin and two 1200 mg fish oil gels.

I saw an episode of Dr. Oz where he said vitamin C increases your metabolism and so aids in weight loss.
