Insanity Again?!

Hi Everyone,
I completed one round of Insanity last week. This week as a recovery, I have been doing light exercises and yoga. I am planning on starting another round next week. Just wondering if i should do it from the scratch or just the second month alone because second month of insanity pushed my fitness level high and wondering doing the first month again might not be beneficial as it is less intense compared to the second month and also my endurance has increased with second month and finally i can do the second month's workout without pausing... and i wonder doing the first month, then a recovery week and then the second month will put me in the same place as before as in pausing and taking longer breaks..Any thoughts?? Any advice would be helpful!

It would still be beneficial to start from the beginning again. This time just go harder! Push yourself more and keep doing the fit test! It'll only be as easy as YOU make it!

Ayer completing month 2 several times, month one wasn't a waste of time for me.....but it was only something I would do on a light day as it became too easy.
That said, Insanity is fun but not a long term fitness plan. It's just too rough on the joints. You're going to need to find a more suitable plan in the very near future0 -
i'm starting on insanity again this april. i haven't finished it ever. longest streak was 3 weeks on the first month. but i want to finish it all the way now.0

Hi there!
Finish the whole two months, you will feel great. Press play and stick with it, You will find transformation both aesthetically and emotionally!! Good luck!i'm starting on insanity again this april. i haven't finished it ever. longest streak was 3 weeks on the first month. but i want to finish it all the way now.0 -
I used to make it a three month program and do the second month twice.
either way is fine.
Think it would be far better to do something else completely and then come back to it later tho.
Also think that if your complete any of the work outs without taking some breaks you pacing yourself too much0 -

A fitness goal is a completely individual decision. After you determine what your long term goal will be, then you can formulate a plan to get you there that will try to avoid as many wrong turns as possible.0
