Hi. I'm new to the site and I'm needing to drop 50 pounds. I'm 48 years old and married to great guy and I have five beautiful children. My doctor is working with me through this process and I'm looking for support. Thanks!

    I'm new also. Tried it once but wasn't ready to be committed. This time I am. I am trying to follow the allotments. From previous experience, stick with this. I have had 2 doctors say this is correct way to track. sent friend request
