We need to know what the RDA percentages mean in terms of International Units or milligrams, etc. The guidelines for the RDA of calcium and Vitamin D have just changed. I don't know how much calcium is in MyFitnessPal's "100%." And, as we know, women and men differ, the old and the young differ. Please allow us to see the % of nutrients in other terms.
