having a hard time

So for the last four days I've really had a hard time eating enough calories. I have the iphone app and it shows the week total. I've been hovering right around 1100 even with exercise my net is about 1100. I'm hungry but then when I start to eat then I'm not. I've never had this problem. I like food hence while I'm trying to lose some pounds.

Who else has experienced this?

  • I have days like that even up to a whole week were I can't seem to eat over 1000 calories a day. But now the past 2 days I've had the opposite problem, I'm constantly hungry! Bodies are weird sometimes :p
  • I've hit that speed bump too, try eating foods that are a little more calorie dense. Your body gets used to the smaller portions and eating volume is hard. I had to do little things that you're supposed to avoid, like using regular creamer for my coffee, and putting butter on my toast. Eating every 3 hours helps too, you learn to get hungry.

    It goes away after a while, just don't give up, and make sure you are getting enough calories in you every day so you don't get sick.
