Here I go again :)

2012 was an incredible year for me. I lost 120 lbs in a year. In 2013, I got sick with my gallbladder and generally had a rough year. I finally had my gallbladder out, but took a while to recover. I have literally piled on nearly all the weight that I'd lost. I know I can do it again - I finally feel fit enough to work out again. Let's do this :)

Congratulations on your determination. I find myself in a similar predicament--having regained a respectable weight loss because of illness, hypothyroidism and PCOS in my case,--and impeded by guilt and embarrassment.

Please feel free to add me as a friend so we can support each other on this journey. And good luck to you either way.

I feel ya...I had gallbladder issues as well, and it derailed my gym habit. Recovery takes far longer than you would think, even with laproscopic surgery. Those 3 tiny incisions HURT! I wish you lots of luck! You've done it once, so you know for a fact that you can do it again.
