Hello,
I know there is ENDLESS discussion on the topic and will probably getting a few snarky comments but here me out.
I am 5'11 1/2 (1.82), 18 years old, I have a a small to medium frame.
I have been using MFP since Jan 26 of this year and since have lost 25 Pounds. (I have a further 95-100 Pounds to lose)
Most weekdays and weekends I eat 1200 Calories and work out 5 days a week. I at least burn 400-500 calories a day in which I eat almost all back for dinner. I make sure I get all my nutrients, I have a massive breakfast, small lunch and good sized dinner, and snack in between (Almonds and fruit.)
I have seen so many forums on here so against 1200 Calories, But I don't know whether these debates are only eating 1200 all together or eating 1200 + exercise calories.
In the end, I believe in what works for my body and how I feel not what other people say. ( No offense Intended)
Also once I do reach my Goal weight, how do I maintain? Like how many calories should I add?
I enjoy eating this many calories.
Forgot to mention I take a Supplements that provides me with every vitamin and mineral known to man.
Thank you

What's your weight? 1200 isn't a "one-size fits all" number to lose weight for women...
Have you looked at your BMR? I'm sure it's higher than that. If anything, you should be eating at least your BMR + exercise calories. What is your setting on MFP? Is that how you got 1200 calories?0 -
Sedentary + 2lb a week weight loss. Reason 2lb a week is because I have so much to lose, I will adjust it when I have lost most of my weight (near the end)0

Ah did I say I don't want any opinion? i just said in the end I will do what I feel works for me. Why so rude?0

1200 doesn't give you a lot of room to adjust as you lose weight. Why start with such a large deficit when you can still lose at a moderate pace while eating more?0

Your goal should be to find the maximum number of calories at which you lose weight—never the minimum. Food is fuel.
