New to Fitness Pal

Hello All, My name is Monica and I am trying to lose 110 lbs the healthy way. I am 45 years old. I am an individual that needs to see some results rather quickly for gratification, otherwise I feel overwhelmed because I have so much weight to lose and the scales don't seem to move, so the diets are always hard for me to stick with. I have joined a gym, but struggling with time for me to go. I am looking for as many friends as possible to go on this journey with. People to help motivate me and me to motivate as well.     Hello, I somewhat new also. I have done MFP in the past and had good success, but have fallen off the wagon. My largest issues have been time and major stress. in the past 10 months i have gotten divorced, bought my own home and started a new job. I also decided that I wanted to take charge of my health. I have a few medical conditions that are not caused by my weight, but effect my weight loss because of limited mobility.
    Like you I need a lot of motivation. I need to lose about 50 pounds just to bring my BMI to the healthy range. What are you ideas for support?
