Stress

I am a teenager in my last year of high school, I'm trying my best to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and a focused academic mindset, but I know I get stressed very easily. I believe that this stress has contributed to my weight and I just want to be healthy. Any ideas to relieve stress and/or simple exercises I can do to continue my weight loss?

Yoga is a wonderful stress reliever. Deep breathing is also helpful. Good luck!0

I tried yoga sometime back (by myself) and it didn't (seem) to do much but I will definitely try it again. Thank you!0
