Hey just trying this out trying to see if this will motivate me a bit more to loose weight. Im trying to loose 20-30lbs and maintain my weight after I reach my goal. It is definitely a struggle to loose weight. It seems like junk food and fast food looks 10x's yummier when you can't have it lol. All honesty though I really think it is time for a change! I am ready to be the old me the me I was when I met my husband 3years ago. If you want a friend someone who will motivate you and support you add me.

    Hi Jay14-tracking gets easier as the weeks go by. Ive had this app for a couple years and never started to use it consistently until the last 40 days. Stay motivated and go day by day. I love fast food too,,,,but when you actually log in those fries/shakes you 2nd guess whether you will do it again!. Good luck!
