I'm here to track my weight loss. My highest weight ever was 196 lbs. I lost some..got to about 172, but that was purely from stress, so of course I gained it all back. :) In July 2010 i decided i was going to do it this time, change my attitude about food and myself and get physically fit. I started around 194lbs. I've lost 25lbs and am down to 169lbs. (I'm 5'7") Not too much further to go :)

Hey there! Welcome to MFP! I couldn't help but see where you were from. I did my undergrad there (at Hollins) so I had to say welcome. Cute dogs by the way!

I was just in Culpeper last weekend visiting relatives. I used to live in Charlotesville and Warrenton. Moved to Saint Louis about two years ago.

Yep, I know where Culpepper is. I am now on the other side of VA.. up in Fairfax. But, Roanoke has a place in my heart. I'll be down there in June for my 2 year reunion at Hollins. hehe.

Congrats, by the way, on the weight you have already lost!
