What are some good recommendations for workout DVDs? What ones gave you good results? As of right now Im doing The Biggest Loser - Cardio Max on level one and I love it even though it kicks my *kitten* with those front lunges. After I plan on trying up 30 Day Shred again in hopes that I dont get quickly bored with it after the first week.

Turbo Fire is my favorite. It is really tough, at least it was for me. But it was also fun enough that I wanted to keep doing it. I totally fell in love with plyometrics thanks to these workouts.0

P90X and TRX are my two favorites. Weight training and cardio in one system, and they both kick my butt, but I feel awesome afterwards. Heard good things about Insanity too.0

I'm a firm believer in the 30 day shred. And I don't get bored with it...Tired, yes.0
