Recently Developed Mia

I'm having a hard time lately. I've last 16 pounds in pretty much a week because I've recently developed bulimia. The weird thing is, I always thought it was like a conscious choice to do something like this, but I don't ever really remember a rationalization period in my head of this happening. It just kind of happened and now here I am. So I'm addicted to the weight loss and don't think I can stop. I keep telling myself I will when I reach my goal weight. Its sad though because I have so much more self esteem since this started, and you think it would be the other way around.

I struggled with this for years, then finally make the choice to stop. The damage bulimia does to your body is un-measurable. Please seek help - this is not something you need to do alone and I wouldn't recommend it.

If it weren't for counseling and an amazing family I don't know if I could have beat it.

    Good luck!
