slow cooker beef
20 mins prep 255 mins cook serves 6 390 calories per serving
2 lbs of boneless chuck cut in 1 1/2 chuncks
2 tbs of butter or your choice
1 package of 10 oz white mushrooms sliced at your preference
1 med onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 jar of ragu....chessy if not your choice of brand
1/2 sour cream
season beef with salt n pepper if u need it your choice in 12 inch skillet 1 tbs melt butter over med heat and brown half the beef about 4 mins when brown remove for skillet put in slow cooker now do the remaining meat brown n put in slow cooker melt remaining 1 tbs of butter in same skillet cooking mushrooms and onions stirring till golden brown a few mins like 5.to 6 add garlic about 30 seconds remove all and add to slow cooker stir in ragu or your choice in slow cooker on high 4 to 5 hours low 8 t0 10 hours till beef is tender on ither setting now stir in sour cream server of egg noddles now sit down with your family and enjoy a healthy dinner put up with love JIm

My roast, don't know cals.
Carrots/onions/celery/potatoes on bottom of crockpot. Meat on top. One cup hot water mixed with one package of powdered ranch dressing, one powdered italian, one powdered brown gravy...mix and pour over meat. 8 hours your house smells yum and your tummy is happy.
Next night, take some of that meat and shred. Put into tortillias and broil so it feels like a chimi.
Night three, mix in corn/green beans/whatever and then mix good with remaining meat, etc. Having seperated the potatoes, mash those up and throw on top. Spinkle with cheese. Sheppards pie!0 -
