That's A LOT of walking!
Kudos for having the time for that and DOING IT!!
But hows the diet? Are you eating enough? Too much?
What types of stuff are you eating?
Hows the water intake?
Hows the sleeping??
Unfortunately, its just so much more than exercising.0 -
I did well on weight watchers. I lost around 63 lbs. over a 5 month period. I walked in the mornings and then started bike riding. I rode about 12-15 miles every morning. I felt great and had tons of energy. I ate a lot of the weight watchers meals, and protein shakes, which I liked because it was quick. the evening meals, I would eat what ever I wanted, but smaller portions, and drank lots of water Good Luck!0

Down 20lb (today) with WW. I don't eat all my 'activity points' back. I don't eat 80% of my weekly points back. I had 2 weeks where I was up since Jan 4th, but 10 weeks of weigh ins and i am happy with the 2lb average per week. That is a healthy level to lose at. Also, I track what I eat in MFP and the daily conversion is usually 26-30 points - vs my 29pts allowed on WW. I am hitting it sitting at about 1400-1600cal - depending on the amount of fruit I eat, which counts calorie wise but not points wise. Anyway, I lost 50+ lb before w/WW and it is a great program. Keep at it and it works. Plus it teaches you to eat all foods in moderation and proper portions, plus it teaches you to allow inclusion and never feel like you have to sit out on life because you are being healthy. Keep at it, it works. If it didn't work it wouldn't be the #1 weight loss program in the country with the best success rate. Slow and steady, enjoy your healthy changes and your learning what portions look like.0

So you have lost 7lb in 4 weeks?
Sounds good to me.
Weight loss is not linear or exact - some weeks you may stay the same or even gain a little - this is ok.
As long as your overall trend is downward over, say, a month long period, then it is working fine.0 -
i could have written this post myself!!! i am feeling the EXACT> SAME> WAY. I joined WW online 4 weeks ago.. First 2 weeks, lost a combined total of 6.2lbs. The past 2 weeks..nothing. even a slight gain... soooooo frustrated!!! i guess i just need to stick wtih it longer.0
