What are some great "healthy" or low cal desserts when you have that sweet tooth? And I'm not talking tea or fruit :)

Some high-quality dark chocolate! I usually only need 1/4 - 1/2 of the "serving size" on the package to be happy with my chocolate intake for the day.

75% Bonnat cocoa dark takes me back home. 1 mini off the bar is only ~50 kcal and soooooo good. You can't wolf it down; you must savour it.

An envelope of Starbucks' Cinnamon Dolce Hot Cocoa (100 calories) mixed with 1 cup unsweetened silk almond milk (30 calories).

Turkey Hill's Greek Limited Edition Baklava Frozen Yogurt (130 cals/half cup)

Arctic Zero Cookies & Cream Pint (Maybe not as indulgent as real ice cream, but for 150 calories a pint it sure makes up for it, sonetimes I just want to eat a lot and not measure out anything)

Breyer's Natural Ice Cream. Any flavor, but Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry is my favorite. 130 Calories for 1/2 cup and an ingredients list my 5-year old can read.

Fancy pants Italian cookies (I can eat one and stop). Angel food cake and strawberries. And, chocolate whip yogurt plus sugar free jello - tastes like chocolate covered cherries.

One square of quality dark chocolate, usually Lindt. I have found that one square is all I need to satisfy that little bit of sweet craving I sometimes get after dinner. I can't eat a lot of chocolate at once, so I guess I'm lucky. Otherwise it's fruit!
