What are some great "healthy" or low cal desserts when you have that sweet tooth? And I'm not talking tea or fruit

One square of quality dark chocolate, usually Lindt. I have found that one square is all I need to satisfy that little bit of sweet craving I sometimes get after dinner. I can't eat a lot of chocolate at once, so I guess I'm lucky. Otherwise it's fruit!0

"Healthy" is a vague term. As long as you can fit in into you calorie goal, go for it. When it come to dessert time, ideally I have already fulfilled my "healthy" obligations.
Are you trying to get certain macros? For protein, I like ricotta cheese plus instant coffee. For fat, anything with peanut butter. For carbs, raisin bread toasted with butter. For micros, that's a little tricky. I'm usually low on iron so I go for cream if wheat with stevia and cinnamon or nutmeg. For potassium, I'd go for some dried apricots.0
