I know it is not a big loss.
But i started 25 days ago and have lost 19 pounds :)
And smoke free 25 days except last weekend when i had one :blushing:
And i have not had a drink in 25 days
i have stuck through and its getting easier.

I am at 381. I have a long way to go but im so happy. Its a big motivation seeing it!
It really is getting past the first few weeks. a bunch of bumps but if you stick with it IT SHOWS.

Former smoker myself. Congrats on the weight loss and especially great job on the 25 days smoke-free! You're never going to have a craving as bad as the ones you've overcome already. It only gets easier and easier from here on out.

Wow. That is a great achievement. Weight loss will contribute to your health and wellbeing and staying off cigarettes will also bring huge benefits. It will help your finances too so keep it up. You won't continue to lose weight so quickly so don't be discouraged if your weight loss slows down. You will get there.
