Hi guys,
I'm a 25 year old female, currently 5'2 weighing 134 pounds. I am muscular - my arms are thin/toned and my legs are strong because I work out five times a week (pilates with weights and spinning) and walk everywhere. My problem is my torso. I gain weight in my stomach and chest as well as my thighs.
Last summer I weighed 121 because I stopped eating carbohydrates during the day. Now my lifestyle is crazy - I take five classes, have a clinical rotation AND work! It screwed up my eating/exercising and I gained all the weight I lost back.
MFP is telling me to eat 1330 calories and I assume whatever I burn during exercise, too. I feel like no matter what I do, I'm hungry. I hate the way I look now and don't even like going to my workouts because I hate looking at myself. I don't know what I'm looking for here.. maybe just support!

Hard to give much advice when your diary isn't open...0 -
You only have 15 lb. to lose. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient. Learn to log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Weigh your food.
I'm less hungry when I use MFP's protein & fiber goals as minimums and ignore fat & carbs. It will take trial & error to find what works for you.
