    Posts like these make me break out a super happy fun dance at my computer!! I started strength training 5 weeks ago and I see women with hawt toned bodies and never imagine that I could look like that too I assume they've always been ripped...born with abs. But then you post this and I see us mere mortals can also achieve amazing results if we're willing to out the effort in. thank you!
