College Student Trying to Lose Weight....

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to introduce myself... My name's Ashley, I'm a 20 year old student from Canada. Last spring/summer, I lost 17 pounds and was feeling great about myself. I was right at my target weight, and life was good. Unfortunately, the stress of starting college, late night snacking, bad food choices, and a lack of exercise led me to gaining back that weight over the year. I'm pretty bummed out about it, however it wasn't unexpected. But on the bright side, I'm ready to get back on track, and I was hoping that some new friends on here could help keep me motivated and accountable! If you're in the same situation as me, or have any tips for me please let me know, and don't be shy to add me as a friend! I'm looking for all types of friends! Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Ashley! My name is Staci and I know how you feel! I definitely gained the freshman 15, then 5-10 more during my college days. Now I am a first-year veterinary student and got the "freshman 15" all over again! Something about big school transitions, poor eating habits, and STRESS makes you just pack on the pounds! Fortunately you are nipping it in the bud!
