New to mfp and looking for support and motivation!

Hi all!

I am new to mfp and really looking for some motivation! I joined a gym about 2 months ago but am just now starting to get into a routine that fits my lifestyle. I want/need to shed off my post pregnancy weight and get myself in the shape I want to be in! Looking for others to have as friends on here so we can motivate each other, share our strengths and improve on our weaknesses. Since I am new I have no idea how to add others or how to get started on this journey? Help please :)

    Hi there!! Just logged in today after being on here a few years ago..thought it was a great app back then & am looking forward to it helping me shed some post pregnancy pounds as well , so congrats on your little one..happy to meet someone on here with similar goals as myself :) Cheers!
