I want to make tasty and nutirious meals but not sure how. I would like to find a weekly meal planner tool that allows me to select the foods I like and then it creates a plan for me which includes recipes...any suggestions?

I would love to know if there is anything out there like this also! If not I think I know what my million dollar idea is : ) lol
It would also be nice for people who want to just use what they have around the house0 -

Not sure what type of phone you have but there is an app in the Android Market called "Diet2Go"
It has a lot of the popular diets you see people doing, and if you pick a diet it tells you what to eat each day, how much and everything. It will even make a shopping list based off the diet you choose so that you dont have to run to the store last min because you forgot an ingredient or anything.
Hope this little find helps a few of you out.0 -
I just did a quick search and found "foodfit.com" . I haven't tried yet, but it sounds interesting.
What you might want to do is sit down, figure out what you want to make, for the week, do a search on the computer for low fat meals if that's what you want, then plan it that way.
What I do is figure out my menu, then do a search on the internet.
When we go to "Costco" we buy Frozen Pub House Breaded Cod Fish. It is "delicous" and you can have 3 pieces for 9gm. of fat. Not bad for a meal, but I usually have only 1 1/2 pieces of it myself. They're small pieces of fish, but it satisfies my taste. We add a baked potato, and veggie to the fish and we have a meal.
Try "foodfit.com" and let me know if you like it.
