My entire life I've dealt with being overweight, since before I can remember. As a kid I had major self esteem problems, it was never ending. I tried countless times to lose weight and I couldn't stick to anything because I didn't know how. The day I started losing was when I finally started to count calories and do it the RIGHT way. I never wanna go back... I was probably around 180-195 lbs. I'm currently at 120 and 5'2.. Don't give up!!!! Hopefully I could give some motivation to somebody.. Thanks for viewing!

    With grandmas cooking in the kitchen it must have been hard to diet :D

    Lylahroses, I have struggled mainly my entire life. I would say 2011 is when I took full control and got tired of feeling heavy. I started going to Zumba 4-5 times a week and really cracking down on my calorie intake, I cut down the fast foods, sugars, unhealthy things and got down to 120 lbs... Until I got pregnant. I continued to eat healthy throughout pregnancy and can say I'm back to 120 after one year! The after pic was taken yesterday.. It's hard work but definitely worth it. I have tried different fad diets, they don't work I always gain the weight back. So I stick to trying to stay healthy, and counting calories but I do let myself have sweets to fill the sweet tooth now and then. I just count them in.

    you look amazing!!! im having the same problems and have tried everything and cannot lose :( can I ask how many cals you were having?, im 11 stone 4 and 5ft 7, I want to lose a stone ideally :)
