Good morning! I joined MFP a month or so ago, but didn't make the commitment to start until today. I have lost about 30 lbs. on my own, but not by employing healthy means. Recently, I learned that I have pre-hypertension and also that my fasting glucose is quickly approaching a pre-diabetes dx. It's time to get healthy (the right way) now before high bp and diabetes become a reality.

    I am another new person starting to diet again this morning :) I can stick to things for a while but then my health gets me way down as I am in constant pain meds with my conditions. I am giving it my all starting today. I would be happy to be in your circle of friends and support too, if you don't mind that is.
